World Congress of Quantum Medicine 2014 Hosted by Quantum University (iquim.org) http://wcqm.org/ When we tap into our heart's intelligence, the brain follows. When we move into that parasympathetic state where we're having that relaxation response, what happens to our brainwaves? They move into alpha, they move into theta, and vice versa. When we're moving into those brainwave states where we're relaxed, our heart is also moving into a more relaxed state, so you can't really affect one without the other, and they dance together beautifully. It's not one or the other, it's both. So I like to look at the creative process with it and targeting specific brain states. Why am I going to use brainwave technology to entrain. I want to know where I'm at, right? Where am I at right now, and where do I want to go, because music is a bridge that's going to take me there. So if I have an important meeting, a leadership meeting, and I have to have high energy, I'm not going to wake up and listen to theta. Right? I'm going to wake up and maybe I'll listen to more up-tempo music to get me in a beta state. But at the end of that day, after my big meeting's is over and I'm still in high beta, I want to move into an alpha or theta state. So ask yourself, "Where am I, where do I want to go, what music is going to take me there?" And for me, a lot of that is always about the creative process. The World Congress of Quantum Medicine 2014 featured renowned quantum physicists and doctors and confirmed new graduates who will make a difference in the world's health care.
