Description

It’s been a little over one week since Richard Frederick was ousted from the United Workers Party. On Tuesday he met with ardent supporters in a town hall style meeting to apprise them of his plans. There were no surprises as the politician blasted the leader of the UWP, confirmed his commitment to the people of Castries Central and loyalty to Stephenson King. Frederick made it clear that he will not be a part of the UWP team, as long as Allen Chastanet is at the helm. A leading member of the Lucian Peoples Movement was also present at the Townhall. Rumours abound that the Castries North and Central MP’s have been in talks with the LPM.
