Koxtrok Presents: Minneapolis quartet Poliça is fresh off the release of its dreamy debut, Give You the Ghost. "Amongster," a standout track complete with crunch and woozily altered vocals, now has a video. In it, a couple has spirited outdoor sex. Spliced throughout, however, are nature-centric visuals of snails and tarantulas and other creatures, just to turn you on. As Consequence of Sound notes, the video is full of innuendos, making "Amongster" not only a great exercise in juxtaposition, but also a perfect climactic arc. Snakes and lizards watch as the couple finishes; at the same time, the drums spill over and flood the music.
