At the Air Transport IT Summit we have a great line up of speakers from across the industry. We are starting the day with a session on the topic of collaboration and will be hearing from a number of speakers including James Hogan, the CEO of Etihad, Peter Davies, the CEO of Air Malta. It will be interesting to hear from them about how collaboration helps them run their businesses. All the sessions today are about creating the ideal journey. And for that to happen it is important that all the stakeholders in the journey, understand that the passenger is their customer too. That includes the airport, the ground handling agencies, the security and everyone else. If they can work together, then the passenger will have a stress free journey and they will come back for more.
