Select retail locations will serve as access points for participating in the Primary Health Network, where members will do wellness screening with a nurse. As part of the experience, individuals will understand important elements about their health, receive tailored recommendations for becoming healthier, and select a primary care physician that aligns with their health beliefs, needs, and preferences.
