Hi, my name's Chad. After the loss of my first son, Logan, I became very depressed and unmotivated. Living overweight most of my life I decided to get fit and healthy when my wife and I were blessed with our second son, Draven. I started my journey at 315 lbs and made it to 155 lbs. I did it all natural, slow and healthy. I reached my goal after two years. Thank God I was able to do this for myself and family.
