Meet Rob Du Bois is a former Navy SEAL and the author of "Powerful Peace," a book based on his 30 years of experience of being in the Navy and as a SEAL. This is a book about lessons on peace from a lifetime of war buh this former SEAL. In Part-2 we pick up our conversation and Rob shares stories from the field and how important it is to understanding the cultural dimension of a country. He talks about the use of soft and hard power, and the importance of soft power. He also talks about his heroes like Hollywood actor Gerard Butler. A polyglot - Rob is fluent in Russian, and conversant in Turkish and knows basic Arabic as he puts it.
