Subscribe me! http://goo.gl/IaTmJj ♥램블부부 Blog http://blog.naver.com/autolian ♥Ingredients (servings: 1) - 2 pcs eggplants (240g), green onion 35g - seasoning: sugar 1/3 tbsp, soy sauce 2 tbsp, red pepper powder 1/2 tbsp, crushed garlic 1/2 tbsp, perilla oil 1 tbsp, sesame seed ♥Directions ① Cut green onion into slices ② Cut eggplant in half and cut long and thin ③ Put sliced eggplant in a microwave-proof steamer and steam up for 5 minutes in a 600W microwave ④ Cool down steamed eggplant and shred it ⑤ Make the sauce : mix the seasoning ingredients(soy sauce 2 tbsp, red pepper powder 1/2 tbsp, crushed garlic 1/2 tbsp, perilla oil 1 tbsp, sesame seed) together in a bowl ⑥ Add shredded eggplant and mix it with the seasoning Enjoy seasoned eggplant!
