Olive Oil, Bread: Lavash, Naan, or Pita Recipe: 1) Preheat oven to 400°. Put peppers in a large baking pan and bake until scorched, 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes, peel, stem, seed. 2) Slice peppers into thin strips and place in a bowl. 3) With a mortar and pestle, mash garlic with salt into a paste. 4) Add Garlic Salt Paste and Olive Oil to the peppers. 5) Serve with toasted flat bread.
