Scenes shot in Reno, Nevada from the 1974 film "California Split". After the bus crosses the Center Street bridge, you see it turn off of Commercial Row south onto North Virginia Street. You then see a great shot of the Reno Arch and downtown Reno. The walking scene starts on North Center St. looking north, then the actors cross East Second Street and walk into the alley between Center and Virginia. The actors then enter the casino. The location they enter at would indicate that the gambling scenes were shot at the Club Cal-Neva, but the Mapes Casino has also been mentioned as the location.
