Description

Eight people awake within a sealed house and are told via cassette tape that in three hours the exit to the house will open, however, they only have two hours to live as a deadly nerve agent is being pumped through the ventilation system of the house. The antidotes are hidden around the house, however, the catch is that littering the house are John's weapons of torture. After separating herself from the group, Addison stumbles across a glass box hanging from the ceiling by chains. Clearly visible within the box is an antidote accessible via the two arm holes on the bottom of the box. It seems all Addison has to do is reach up through the arm holes and take the antidote out but obviously, it's not gonna be that easy. FAQs Q: How could anyone be so stupid? A: John had anticipated the victim would be so mesmerized by the fact they had just found an antidote they would reach for the antidote straight away without thought. In Addison's case, to make matters worse she was already beginning to suffer heavily from the nerve gas so she wasn't going to be thinking straight at this moment in time. By the time she came to her senses it was too late. Q: What the hell just happened? A: Around the rim of the arm holes are razor blades. As the victim reaches upwards through the holes the razor blades are pushed upwards. As the victim attempts to pull their arms back out of the holes the razor blads are pulled back down and dig into the victim's wrists. So essentially it's a razor blade covered Chinese finger trap. Q: What's the true solution to the trap? A: Had the victim took the time to inspect the trap they would've noticed the lock on the top of the box which had the key sticking out of it. Had the victim simply twisted the key the box would've opened, granting the victim access to the antidote without harm.
