Thirty-eight-year-old Stefano Raccagni was arrested in Chiang Mai on Tuesday (May 21), following an arrest warrant issued by Italian police. Thai police said Raccagni is accused of trafficking migrant workers into Europe as well as document and tax fraud. Raccagni will be extradited back to Italy as requested by Italian authorities, Thai police said.
