5 Step WILD Lucid Dreaming Tutorial!

If you want to learn how to have a WILD lucid dream (aka a 'Wake Induced Lucid Dream') then this video is for you. I'm going to show you my simple but effective method for having awesome WILD lucid dreams. The method basically goes like this: #1 - Sleep. So just go to sleep for a few hours (around 3 or 4). Just make sure that you set an alarm so that you don't sleep for TOO long. #2 - Relax. At this point you should just lie down and relax and try to empty your mind. If a thought does enter your mind just acknowledge it and let it pass through but do not interact with it. #3 - The Hypnagogic State. Soon you should enter what is called the hypnagogic state which is a similar to when you wake up half way through the night and are already drifting back to sleep. You may start to see fractals and shapes. #4 - Sleep Paralysis. Eventually you should enter sleep paralysis. In this stage you may start to see things, hear things or to feel things. Just continue to remain calm and relaxed. #5 - Enter Your Dream. Soon you should find yourself beginning to enter your dream. For me it feels like I am being pulled by an invisible force of some kind. Soon everything will evolve into a full blown dream scene and now you are lucid dreaming! But remember that wake induced lucid dreaming is not really a beginner friendly method and it can take quite a bit of practice.
