This unique lucid dream induction is over 4 hours long and features a popular technique within the field of hypnosis - pre-hypnotic suggestions. Headphones are optional! ☛ PRE-HYPNOTIC SUGGESTIONS The first five minute segment of this brainwave entrainment audio is optional. It features pre-hypnotic suggestions to prime your mind for the lucidity-trigger affirmations which begin to play 25 minutes before the end of each 90 minute sleep cycle (1:05:18 ). Also included is a 6hz isochronic tone (theta) to help guide you to sleep. To skip this, click on the annotation. ☛ THE INDUCTION At the five minute mark, the induction begins as the beat guides your mind through the theta frequencies, culminating with a delta wave (2hz) at the 30 min mark. Around one hour into the audio, the borderline alpha/beta frequencies begin (12hz) as the affirmations begin to fade in, reaching max volume at 1:05:18. This happens very gradually so you're not startled awake. 25 minutes later, the frequency begins to return to 6hz as the cycle repeats. (It's interesting to note that the music used during the triggers is identical to that used during the pre-hypnotic affirmations...this serves to reinforce the pre-associative link.) ☛ INSTRUCTIONS Simply lie down and fall asleep to the audio. You may want to skip to the affirmations at 1:05:18 beforehand to set the volume levels accordingly. Isochronic tones are featured in addition to binaural beats, so headphones are optional. ☛ TIPS Lucid dreaming is an amazing phenomenon, and takes a lot of patience to experience on a consistent basis. It is recommended that you keep a dream journal near your bed and record your dreams every morning. It is also important to develop the habit of performing 'reality checks' throughout the day, as the lucidity triggers (affirmations) will prompt you to perform these in your dream.
