It's a software that updates frequently so I know I'm getting the most up to date version possible." 2:11 "If I ever have a question calling support has been easy and they're very approachable. I haven't yet had a question that they haven't been able to answer." 2:21 "I also like the fact that I can send patient statements with the click of a mouse." 2:32 "I like the ERA that makes posting payments so much easier. In addition, I can run reports which are very helpful." 2:39 "So overall, I'm really happy with Kareo and I'm so glad that I didn't waste my time or money with other billing services. Kareo has helped simplify the billing process for me and has helped make my practice more efficient and it's allowed me to concentrate on what matters most, and that's patient care."
