Since 2005, Urban Artistry has united the talents of over fifty volunteers, acclaimed instructors and seven international organizations to link the roots of traditional music and dance to the current music and dance trends throughout the US and abroad- from New York to Denmark, and from Japan to the Caribbean. Urban Artistry's goal is the preservation and continuation of urban dance, music, and culture through performance, competition and education. They are a non-profit based in Bethesda, MD but also offer classes and perform in DC and Virgina. http://urbanartistry.org/
