Buy bokeh filters at http://www.etsy.com/listing/130601970/creative-bokeh-filter-kit?ref=shop_home_active Can't afford a laser cutter? Me neither. This video will show you a quick work around to make custom lasercut bokeh filters for special events. The inspiration for this project came when I found out my friend's getting married this summer. I thought it would be fun to surprise him and his bride by shooting their wedding with these DIY bokeh filters. And I know that the heart bokeh has been done before. I just couldn't resist the "awww cute" vibe I got from my wife :) You will need: - Adobe Illustrator - a DSLR - a prime lens (Preferably the 50mm nifty fifty. FYI, photos shot with a lower f-stop generally work a lot better. One of the best and most affordable bokeh lens is the $100 50mm 1.8.) Have fun shooting! If you have any comments or other suggestions for shapes, please let me know!
