Description

Bill O'Reilly said Wednesday night there should be a public health campaign against pot use, just like the one that helped stem tobacco use, citing a study on how pot affects the brain to declare, "This cannot be a good thing for the country and raises public safety concerns." O'Reilly said that marijuana is on the rise because it's "considered cool in many circles, and above all, it's politically correct." He claimed that it's only "selfish" people who get intoxicated because "their need to flee reality supersedes other goals." So he's, of course, shocked at how marijuana is portrayed as benign. He continued, "Why are we glorifying marijuana? There should be a campaign against pot." And to anyone who would tell him to butt out, O'Reilly has a simple message: "My job is to look out for you, not patronize you." Bill O'Reilly The Low Point Of Getting High.
