Day 24 #LetsGetFlexy is Karnapidasana, Ear Pressure Posture. As part of the traditional Ashtanga yoga closing series this posture is used to help direct the mind inward. It is also a great counterstretch for deep backbends. But be careful not to pull down with your spine, instead use the Bandhas to suck the lower belly in and support the pelvis as you facilitate a deep spinal flexion.
