Description

Clean, American-made propane is ideal for organizations focused on sustainability. So, the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) set up a partnership with the U.S. National Park Service to donate propane-powered equipment to parks that could use it. Hear how Blue Ridge Parkway, Yellowstone, and Mammoth Cave national parks have all made alternative fuels part of their operations, such as using propane for mowing, fueling tour buses, and backup power generation.   About PERC: The only energy council of its kind, PERC leads safety and training efforts among propane retailers and consumers and drives technology development to expand adoption of propane as a clean, domestic, and affordable energy source.
