The AsiaCup Series 2013 is an organized Sepang International Circuit Sdn. Bhd. (SIC) and promoted by MERITUS.GP the Series Promoter. It has been conceived to provide a low cost transition into the world of Formula Racing for drivers stepping up from karting or new to formula racing. In order to control costs and create a level playing field for competitors with different budgets, Meritus has created the concept of "One Cost, One Team, One Track, One Make".
