Director of Advertising operations


       I started working in Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) over ten years ago by accident. I applied for one job but they moved me to Ad Ops on my first day, and I never looked back because it was more interesting. I moved on to video-centric advertising operations around six years ago once increased bandwidth speeds started to shift consumer behavior to cord-cutting. I managed programmatic yield for well-known companies such as The Hollywood Reporter, Sony Pictures Television, CBS Television Distribution, and FilmOn TV.  I joined the Frequency team in 2017 to design, implement, and run the video monetization layer that will sit on top of Frequency’s cross-platform applications. All signs point to the video, and it's exciting to be on the forefront of cross-device video monetization. I’m a member of AdMonsters, an Ad Ops Professional Membership Group. 

       I love playing games for fun, geeking out on platform gaming and tabletop games. I'm currently obsessed with the game Terraforming Mars, which is based on Kim Stanley Robinson's Mars novels. I love this game because it involves economic engine building and resource optimization, my two types of favorite tabletop games.
