中國維權人士許志永在2012年6月21日的推特上說，闖美國大使館后被移交中國警方后死去的76嵗老人于汝法回家時未受傷，是回家后受傷而死的。 本文作者就此推特文章電話採訪了于汝法的兒子于浩波先生。 于先生說這裡有兩個謊言：1、受傷與否的問題：沒發現皮外傷不代表沒受傷，老人身體嚴重變形——直不起腰，脖子伸不直，而且説話已經無法被聼清，而在闖使館之前沒有這些情況；2、沒有任何義工來他家調查情況，單方面向公檢法問情況不是真正的調查。 于浩波先生說，自從6月18日晚與許志永先生見過一面后，他們之間沒有任何形式的直接聯係。就此推文，他表示強烈抗議，並請許先生本人以及海内外各界媒體到現場查看情況。 附件有許志永的推文，電話採訪錄音片段，于先生泣訴其父親生前受到死亡威脅。 爲此，作者再次呼籲美國大使館儘快公開公佈于汝法先生在美國駐華大使館前後的錄像，以了解于汝法老人被移交北京警方以前的身體狀態。 Further stories regarding Yu Rufa's death: Regarding Dr. Xu Zhiyong's message on Twitter (@zhiyong, published on 11:00 21 Jun 2012), the author has interviewed Mr. Yu Haobo, the son of the 76-year-old Chinese citizen Yu Rufa, who was grabbed from inside the US Embassy by two Chinese armed police, transferred to Chinese police in Beijing and died within 2 days. Dr. Xu Zhiyong made an apology by Twitter that a volunteer from Gongmeng was sent for investigation and learned that the old man was sent home without wounds, which retorted Mr. Yu Haobo's saying that his father was wounded seriously. Mr. Yu Haobo said even though he was found not wounded on the skin, his father could not stand straight any more, neck was not able to stretch, and he had lost the ability to make himself understood by speaking. Mr. Yu Haobo also said that no one has ever appeared in the name of "volunteer" to investigate anything regarding his father's death. It would not make sense if a "volunteer" just went to the municipal authorities which were suspected to have misconducts and illegal involvements in the case. Here attached are the screen shot of Dr. Xu Zhiyong's Twitter message, an interview regarding Yu Rufa's case, an audio record of the witnesses' narration about his father's conditions on return, and his statement that his father received life threat on any possible attempt to enter into the US Embassy. For this, the author appeal to the US Embassy in Beijing releasing the video record of Mr. Yu Rufa's stay in the Embassy in order to clarify Yu Rufa's original physical conditions before he was transferred to the police in Beijing.
