William Marion who is the CTO of the U.S. Air Force Space Command was able to join the Gov 2.0 L.A. 2012 event through a skype enabled live chat with Alan W. Silberberg that was broadcast live during the event. He presented on the emergence of Gov 2.0 in Control, Combat and Base Readiness and how mobility is changing both the war fighting environment as well as at base and in emergencies and crisis.
