True the Vote, a non-partisan organization, held an "election observer" training in Racine on June 2, 2012 co-sponsored by the Racine Tea Party. Present in the training were Ruth Weiss of California, Brad Zinn of Arizona and Lou D'Abbraccio, the coordinator of the election observer program for the Racine County Republican Party. In this audio recording taped during the training by an attendee, D'Abbraccio can be heard coordinating the scheduling of the attendees and explaining how he will assist them on Election Day in Racine. D'Abbraccio also reveals the Republican Party targets Democratic wards for their election watcher program and how he "typically" brings in a "concealed" video camera in to the polling place - an activity which is forbidden in Wisconsin polling places.
