Description
A few images from the Transit (in front of the Sun) of the planet Venus, taken over a period of 20-30 minutes, before the Sun ducked behind a very tall cloud and was no longer seen this day. Location: southwest of Austin TX near Spicewood. Image stats: Canon 600D, Canon FD 75-200mm zoom (thru EF adapter) at 200mm (equiv. of 320mm) and cropped. Exposure: mostly 1/4000, f22, ISO 100, and thru a 4-stop neutral density filter. Taken around 7:56pm central time.
