CECI, PGL, WUSC and CESO present: Together, one step at a time Since 2006, well before the earthquake, CECI, WUSC, Paul Gerin-Lajoie and CESO have been working together to contribute to the advancement of Haiti. Together they developed the Voluntary Cooperation Program supporting governance, education and economic development in Haiti (PCV). This program is funded by the Canadian International Development Agency. Together one step at a time.
