Description
Ingredients 1 Head Broccoli 3 Carrots 1 Cup Mushrooms 1 Lemon 2 White Onions 1 Pack Firm Tofu 3 Cups Cooked Brown Rice 1/3 Cup Tamari 1 Cup Bread Crumbs 1/2 Cup Soy Milk Vegetable Oil Lightly coat large frying pan with vegetable oil. Squeeze lemon into soy milk, stir and let sit for 10 minutes. Dice onions and place in preheated pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms and stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add rice and stir 1-2 minutes. Add tamari, mix well and reduce heat to low and cover. Dice up tofu into blocks. Dip into the soy/lemon mixture and then coat with bread crumbs. Place into medium sauce pan with enough oil for frying. Let fry for 2-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove tofu and place on paper towel to remove excess oil. Stir up rice and vegetables and serve with your fried tofu and enjoy Yo!
