Titoli (A Fistful of Dollars)---Ennio Morricone

4y ago

Titoli (meaning 'Titles' or 'Security' in English) featured in two of the 'Dollars Triology': A Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More (1965). The 'For a Few Dollars More' Titoli soundtrack is slightly different from the original composition. A Fistful of Dollars (Italian: Per un pugno di dollari) is a 1964 Italian-Spanish Spaghetti Western film directed by Sergio Leone and starring Clint Eastwood alongside Gian Maria Volonté, Marianne Koch, Wolfgang Lukschy, Sieghardt Rupp, José Calvo, Antonio Prieto, and Joseph Egger. This film is an unofficial remake of the Akira Kurosawa film Yojimbo (1961), which itself drew inspiration from earlier Westerns. The film's music was written by Ennio Morricone.
