Description
On May 14, 2012, in his hometown of Houston at his high school alma mater, Willowridge High School, Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2007 inductee Thurman Thomas was honored with a historic plaque and named a "Hometown Hall of Famer™" by Pro Football Hall of Fame and Allstate Insurance Company in front of a crowd of several hundred student-athletes, faculty members, family and friends. Selected by the Buffalo Bills in the second round of the 1988 NFL Draft, Thomas led the Bills to four straight Super Bowl appearances and was the AFC rushing leader in 1990, 1991 and 1993.
