On May 11th 2012, at Bulandra Theater, TEDxYouth@Bucharest welcomed on stage, for the second year, young role-models, thinkers and activists - people that reshape the world. TEDxYouth@Bucharest - New World Order posed the question: "How else can success be achieved, if one chooses not to take the well worn paths?" He is a designer, an architect and a painter, making Hamid an authentic artist. He started painting at the age of 14. He recently had an art exhibition named "Moods". Born in Romania and raised in Lebanon, Hamid is an enthusiastic dreamer passionate about sea elements who escapes from the ordinary and the dull through art. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
