Charity Marsh is an Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair in Interactive Media and Performance in the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Regina in Regina, Saskatchewan. In this TEDxRegina talk, Charity identifies the importance of hip hop and hip hop culture to understand and connect with Canada's indigenous youth. This talk was filmed May 16, 2012 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
