This year (2012) marks the bicentennial anniversary of the War of 1812. Canada post issued a stamp commemorating Tecumseh, the Native American warrior and leader who's wise words and insights are still so relevant today. Len Wallace is seen here, performing a song he wrote in honour of Tecumseh, at the Legion in the town of Tecumseh, Ontario. His performance precedes a presentation by author James Laxer who wrote a book titled "Tecumseh and Brock" commemorating the partnership of the British General and Tecumseh, a leader of a Native American Confederacy in 1812.
