The 'charges' are unclear but being from al-Houleh seems to warrant a few blows and kicks already. They are threatening them of electrocution, The thugs are keen on placing their shoes on the young men's faces to further humiliate them. The language is too foul to make it across the language barrier! Interestingly, one of the thugs says threateningly 'your turn in Houleh will come' and this video goes back to last year. The young men are interrogated about possession of arms but given no chance to answer as the narrative is already told from A to Z by the thugs themselves (so, you receive so and so amount of money and you buy rifles..etc). One of the acts of humiliation is to cut -randomly- the young men's hair, which is a practice that many of the thugs themselves might have been subject to before in the army in which senior officers would do
