Meatballs are made with ground lamb, onions, egg, and bread crumbs, browned in a skillet, and simmered with vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, ketchup, etc Ingredients 1 tbsp butter 2 springs CORIANDER LEAVES 1/2 tsp coriander pwd pinch cumin seeds pinch garamasala 1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste 4 number green chillies 5 number kapuras 1 number onion 1/2 tsp pepper pwd 1/2 tsp red chilli powder as per taste salt pinch turmeric as needed water Directions In a pan add butter, cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt mix well now add the kapoors cut into 4 parts mix well, now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chillies , red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, mix well cook for 10 min by closing a lid.
