We're letting you use the theme song but only for the limited purpose to make a video response featuring your version of it and posting the response as a comment on the Adult Swim You Tube Channel. YOU are not authorized to use the theme song for any other purpose. WE will own YOUR video response. YOU grant to US the right to exploit, edit, modify, distribute and otherwise use YOUR version of the theme song contained in YOUR video response in connection with Adult Swim, Squidbillies, or otherwise, at OUR sole discretion, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further permission from, or compensation to, YOU or any other third party. WE do not have, now or in the future, any duty to indemnify or hold YOU harmless, and we shall have no liability to YOU, with respect to YOUR video response. YOU cannot use your version of the theme song or your video response for any commercial purpose. YOU will comply with all terms governing your use of this site to post your video response. YOU will not post a video response that contains any third-party music (for example, no samples or unauthorized third party performances), lyrics, text, logos, images or anything else that's not your own original work (other than the Squidbillies theme song). YOUR video response may not contain any material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party, such as trademarks or copyrights owned by others. YOU will not disclose any personally identifiable information (yours or someone else's) or feature voices and/or likenesses of others unless you've received their consent. YOU will not post a video that's defamatory, libelous, pornographic or obscene, or could otherwise be deemed inappropriate by us. IF WE LIKE YOUR VIDEO RESPONSE, we MAY want to use it.
