Description
The Criminal and Education Codes in the State of Texas allow students to be given Class-C Misdemeanor Citations for a variety of behavioral infractions as well as for truancy. Students who are ticketed must make a court appearance, resolve their cases with the judge and pay any assessed fines or face being arrested at the age of 17. But in certain cases parents can be cited and face arrest too.
