Hello everyone! Thank you for your patience while I have been away from You Tube. I was dealing with a health scare and other "real life" problems, but things are back on track and all the tests I had to take came back okay. I'm back to video making and posting! Thank you for all your messages and comments asking me how I was doing and wondering where I was, I appreciate all of you. I have two cupcakes coming up in the next couple of days, a fish and some mustache cupcakes. 7 oz sweetened condensed milk 6 oz Caramel ice cream topping 1/2 cup all purpose flour 3/4 tsp sea salt 14 oz shredded coconut (I used sweetened) 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Heat oven to 325 F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray or use a silicone mat. In a large bowl combine condensed milk, caramel topping, flour, coconut, pecans, chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp of the salt. Mix together well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto cookie sheets and lightly sprinkle the tops with the remaining 1/4 tsp of sea salt. Bake 15-25 minutes or until golden brown.
