Today I decided to record myself preparing a lovely salad dressing 'Blood Orange Cucumber' to be exact. I got the recipe from Ani Pho's book entitled Ani's Raw Food Kitchen'. You can find the book and more info on Ani at her website http://www.aniphyo.com/ All said and done it only took me about ten minutes to prepare blend and clean up my mess. So if you're in the mood to try something new and tangy this recipe is sure to satisfy! 1 small cucumber, diced 1 med orange/blood orange 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup cashews 1 tblsp grated ginger 1 clove garlic 2 tblsp lemon juice pinch of sea-salt to taste
