Paneer do pyaza is an appealing paneer dish with luscious paneer or cottage cheese cubes cooked in a rich and creamy onion based gravy. This is vegetarian adaption of the popular non vegetarian dish, Chicken Do Pyaza.. you can find detailed recipes at and also find many videos with recipes at INGREDIENTS Paneer 250 g Spring onions 2 bunches Onions 1 no. Corn flour 1 ts All purpose flour 1 tb Chilly powder 1 ts Salt to taste Ginger garlic paste 1 ts Oil 1 tb Butter 1 tb Coriander powder 1 ts Amtur powder ½ ts Pepper powder 1 ts Coriander chopped 1 b Bell pepper (each) 1 no. Tomato ketchup 1 tb Take bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, mix this with water and coat the paneer with this mixture. Heat oil in a pan add paneer cook this till golden in colour, transfer the paneer into another plate.
