I am grateful for my most recent heart collaboration with Organic Soul... check it out: http://organicsoul.com/ GRATITUDE JOURNAL TIPS: Regarding the *Gratitude Journal*, I have been writing in it every morning as soon as I wake up (just a sentence, or sometimes several) and in the evening before bed from time to time. I started this 4 months ago and am hooked! I LOVE IT! After the first 30 days, I noticed a radical shift... it is so much easier to stay on the *Appreciation* track now and to return rapidly when I fall off. I highly, highly recommend starting a *Gratitude Journal* or recommitting to one if you already started one in the past. All I did was buy a $2 recycled pocket-size journal and glued part of a "thank you" card someone gave me to the front plus a few inspiring images (a Buddha and the words "Love" and Home").. it was so easy to make and this little journal brings me SO MUCH JOY!!! It sits right by my bed and as I turn off the light at night, it is there sweetly reminding me to write in it. Same thing when I awaken each morning. *** I always make sure to be sincere. On those days that are less inspiring, my gratitude may sounds something like, "I am grateful for this challenge. I may not understand it, but I am grateful to how much more trusting I am. I am grateful for this opportunity to grow and trust that I am OK as I am *here* and *now*. I am grateful for this deepening in Presence through the good and bad and how I deeply love myself anyway." On other days, everything feels like a miracle.. so, I give thanks for several things, filling up a page or two. Each entry is valuable in its own way! (I will make a separate video on the Gratitude Journal, but wanted to give some input here, too as I highly suggest starting this as an experiment.
