Description
http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug/ Over the past two months, there has been heated disagreements over the fact that nodding syndrome which has been known to affect young children between the ages of 2 to 15 is now affecting the adults. Little wonder, members of parliament from the northern region are already demanding for the accountability of funds from the Ministry of health, meant for research about the disease that has since then puzzled both local and international medics The Ministry of Health and some other health officials insist that it could be epilepsy or a symptom of river blindness which are rather rampant in the North.
