Description
The Bluewater Valley Downstream Alliance (BVDA) was formed to address the ongoing contamination from the Homestake Uranium Tailings Pile Superfund Site just north of Milan, NM. For years, the site has leaked radioactive contaminants into the air and water systems, making water wells unusable by the local community.
