Description

Dave discovers a suicidal man on the ledge outside his office window and tries to call for help, but Bill has his own ideas on how to handle the situation. With this episode the opening credits change. Rather than random street shots of New York City, we now see scenes of the actors in their roles on the streets of the city. Numerous takes were done of each scene so the exact nature of the opening credits change with each episode. Jon Lovitz previously appeared as a mental patient in an earlier episode. He later returned to NewsRadio(in yet a third role)as Phil Hartman's replacement in the final season.
