Description
The Distillery District is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. It was built in 1832 as the Gooderham and Worts Distillery, and has since been renovated and re-developed to feature numerous boutique retailers, cafes, restaurants, shops and art galleries. With over forty heritage buildings, the Distillery District boasts the largest collection of Victorian-era industrial architecture in North America. It is interesting to note that the Distillery District is the largest Hollywood set outside of Hollywood. Movies such as Chicago, Dont Say a Word, The Recruit and Cinderella Man were all filmed at this location. Join real estate developer Matthew Rosenblatt on a tour of this beautiful urban space.
