NOTE: I do not in any way think marijuana is the cause of this cannibal attack. It should also be noted that in my video the first reporter said "no traces of anything that would cause a psychotic frenzy.... " and another reporter in my video said "... everyone thought Rudy was on something serious as it turns out he was on nothing more than marijuana" So really they are not blaming his action on marijuana in fact they are dissociating marijuana from more serious drugs like bath salts... they also state that their theory is a mental disorder rather than drug use... Tests on the 31-year-old's body show only marijuana in his system at the time of the May 26 attack, according to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner. Ruled out were synthetic marijuana, LSD, amphetamines, PCP, heroin, oxycodone, several other street drugs and alcohol, the ME reported in a news release. To complete its examination, the ME's office said it sought help from an outside forensic toxicology lab. "Within the limits of current technology by both laboratories, marijuana is the only drug identified in the body of Mr. Rudy Eugene," the ME's office said.
