Will we be seeing Marvel and Pixar teaming up on an animated film? We've got some info that just might get you excited! Ever since Marvel Studios was bought by Walt Disney Studios, fans have been speculating that a team-up with fellow Disney company Pixar would be the perfect combination for an epic animated superhero flick. Marvel's Kevin Feige previously revealed that the company was in talks to develop a property as an animated film for the big screen, but that would be with Disney Animation, not Pixar. With Pixar's track record of only producing original material in-house, the prospect of a Marvel/Pixar team-up seemed highly unlikely. In an interview with Collider while promoting the upcoming film Brave, Pixar's John Lasseter reiterated that their focus is on creating original films, but did say that if a filmmaker came to him with something interesting, he would in fact be open to it. Not a definite acknowledgment that we will be seeing a Pixar produced animated Marvel movie anytime soon, but at least we know the potential of one of happening someday is there. So which Marvel property would you like to see Pixar turn into an animated feature? Let us know in the comments and be sure to follow us on Twitter @clevvermovies to stay up-to-date on the latest movie news. I'm Misty Kingma, I'll see you next time.
