Description

London 03 August 2012. LEGO® is one of Denmark's most famous exports and LEGO® artist Warren Elsmore has taken the opportunity of the London 2012 Olympics to build a replica of the Stratford Olympic Park. The extraordinary work consists of approximately 250,000 standard LEGO® bricks and took Warren and his wife 300 hours to construct. The model of the Olympic Park is one of the highlights of the Visit Denmark 'Imagination' exhibition which is being held between 27 July -- 12 August 2012 at St Katharine Docks, London. Other highlights of the Visit Denmark exhibition include Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale world, more LEGO® activities and a special visit to the docks by the Vikings complete with five Viking boats.
