We provide an inside look at how he discovered the cyber-crime and what he did about it. He has recovered almost all of the stolen money. Businesses in North America are on track to spend a record $9.2 billion on new security software this year. But smaller businesses tend to be vulnerable to cyber thieves, in part because of gaps in protection.
