Description

Laulani Teale, Peacemaker goes to the Honolulu Mayor's office and questions the illegal state enforced Bill 54 which takes property away from people; and neglects Kānāwai Māmalahoe, or Law of the Splintered Paddle (also translated Law of the Splintered Oar) ,which is a precept in Hawaiian law, originating with King Kamehameha I in 1797.
