Description
A montage of the dance at HPB. Choreographed a variety of Kung Fu movements from my martial studies, and tested it on the pre-schoolers. Not a bad way to get them exposed at an early age. The aim of the dance is to complete it, so that children understand the concept of exercise. Movements are complicating, but whether accurate or not, does not matter so long as they are doing their best to follow, keep moving getting the heart pumping and having fun at the end of the day. The take home message is to lead a healthy living lifestyle, that is the most important.
